How It's Shared

Form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. If you proceed with a mortgage application, your information is shared with lenders and our licensing brokerage (Mortgage Architects, FSRA Brokerage Licence #1272) only as needed to arrange your financing, and only with your knowledge and consent.

Retention & Security

We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to serve you or as required by regulatory record-keeping obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect your information from unauthorized access.
